1-Ocean Diorama
What you need-
1-Paper and a Printer
2-Shoe Box and slightly larger box
3-Crayons and or markers

7-optional: pipe cleaners (great for seaweed and coral), glitter (for great bubbles), thin cardboard to glue to the back of the animals if your paper is very flimsy (old cereal boxes work well)

2- Color the whales
3-Cut out the whales
4-staple the front and back of whale togethor , leaving a small hole for the stuffing.
5-Using wadded-up pieces of the left over cut paper , slightly stuff the whales.
6-staple up the remaining hole in each whale
7-staple a length of string about 1 foot (30 cm) long to the top of each whale, vary the lengths a little bit.
**These steps are for an adult**
8-Cut a lenght of wier from clothes hanger about 1 foot (30 cm ) long using wire cutter.
9-Repeat using the other clothes hanger.
10-Using pliers , make loops at the end of each piece of wire (these are to hang the wahles on).Make sure that there are no sharp edges on the wires.
**These steps are also for an adult.**
11-Using the pliers, make a loop in the center of one piece of wire.
12-Thread the other piece of wire through the loop you just made.
13- Bend this second wire downwards and twist, making a loop that intertwines with the center loop of the first wire.
14- Attach a whale's string to each of the four outer loops.
15- Attach a string to the top center loop - this is for hanging up your mobile.

3-Cup-O-Fish- Make it , then eat it !!
(Not exactly a craft but CLEARLY lots of fun!!)
What you need-
1-Blue jello
2-Gummy Fish or fruit flavoured sharks
3-Clear Plastic cups
Instructions
1-Make blue jello according to the directions on the box.
2-Pour into clear plastic cups.
3-Let them cool in the refrigerator until partially set - about an hour.
4-When they're partially set, place a few gummy fish in each cup.
5-Put them in the refrigerator until they're completely set.
6-Eat and enjoy!
4-Glue Starfish Craft/Necklace
What you need-
1-White Glue
2-Tooth Pick
3-Waxed Paper
4-Sand or glitter
5-one paper clip
6-Yarn
Instructions
1-Working on a piece of waxed paper, carefully squeeze some white glue in the shape of a starfish. If you need to adjust the shape of the starfish a bit, use a toothpick.
2-Fold a paper clip into a "V" shape. Put the ends of a paper clip into the glue at the end of one arm of the starfish.
3-Sprinkle the glue lightly with sand (or glitter). Gently shake off the excess sand (or glitter).
4-Let it dry completely (this takes at least overnight - sometimes longer).
5-Carefully peel the waxed paper off the back of the starfish.
You now have a pebbly-textured starfish to wear, display, or hang in a window.:)
5-Fish Paper Plate Craft
What you need-
1-Paper Plate
2-Scissors
3-Glue /tape or a stapler
4-Googly eyes-Optional
5-Crayons ,paints or markers
Instructions-
1-Cut a wedge out of a paper plate. The wedge will be the fish's tail; the hole will be the fish's mouth.
2-Glue (or use tape or a stapler) the tail to the end of the fish.
3-Glue a googly eye on the fish (glue on two eyes if you want a flounder) or simply draw eye(s).
4-Color in the fish, drawing scales, lips, and so on.
**For an extra touch, make a tiny fish (use the same instructions as above, but start with a tiny circle made from construction paper). Hang the tiny fish from the large fish's mouth using a short piece of thread.**
6-Papier-Mâché Octopus Craft
What you need-
1-A round balloon
2-News Paper
3-Flour and water
4-A pan and a stirrer
5-Green Tempera Paint
6-Paint Brush
7-Green Crepe Paper Streamers
8-Glue
9-A black Marker
10-Googly Eyes-Optional
Instructions-
Papier-Mâché Glue - Make a simple, thin glue from flour and water. Mix 1/2 cup of flour into 1/2 cup of water until the mixture is thin and runny. Stir into 2 cups of boiling water (the heating gives the glue a nice consistency, but is not necessary). Simmer for about 3 minutes, then cool.
1-Tear a lot of newpaper into strips. Strips should be about 1 inch wide; the length doesn't really matter.
2-Blow up and tie a round balloon.
**Work on scraps of newspaper. **
3-Dip a strip of paper in the flour glue, wipe off the excess, and wrap the strip around the balloon. Cover the entire top of the balloon.
4-Have at least two or three layers surrounding the balloon. Let it dry (at least overnight) after each layer.
5-Let the balloon dry completely (it may take a few days). Pop the balloon and separate it from the outer papier-mâché skin. Throw the torn balloon away.
6-Paint the papier mache ball green. Let it dry.
7-Either glue on googly eyes or draw the eyes with a marker or paint.
8-Cut eight legs from green crepe paper streamer. Glue them to the base of the ball.
9-You can either put the octopus on a table or hang it from the ceiling with fishing line to make a cute ocean decoration.

7-Simple sail boat craft
What you need-
1- A wide plastic lid
2-A drinking straw
3-Construction paper
4-Scissors
5-Hole Punch
6-Crayons , markers and /or stickers
7-Small wad of play dough.
Instructions-
1-Cut a triangle from a piece of construction paper - this will be your sail.
2-Decorate the sail with crayons, markers, and/or stickers.
3-Punch three holes along one side of the triangle.
4-Weave a drinking straw (the boat's mast) through the holes.
5-Put a small wad of molding clay on the inside of the lid. Push the end of the drinking straw into the clay.
You now have a cute little toy sailboat that can float in water!
